Music Department Each student enrolled at
BCA has the opportunity to develop his or her performing In addition we have a full Christian Music curriculum for each grade level. Instrumental Band Students in grades 4 through 8 who are interested in learning to play an instrument, Instrumental Band is available. Mr. Gary McPherson conducts both a beginning band practice and an advanced band practice twice per week. Students show their skills in a recital at Christmas time and again in the spring. Being a part of band is a positive group experience for youth! Developing band skills helps students to work as a group and gives students skills needed for participating in high school marching band and orchestra. Participating in and belonging to a group in Middle School and High School is one important asset you can give your child that has been proven to help them stay on track and away from the high risk behaviors some students seek.
Art Department A variety of modalities and creative inspiration help every student find great success in Mrs. Ziegler's art classes. Combine the knowledge of Art instruction, artistic ability, and a desire to develop God’s best in each child and you have the BCA Art Department. You will be amazed at what your child produces in this “not-out-of-a-can” art program. Come see for yourself, this Spring’s annual BCA Art Show (in combination with the Spring Musical!) in the BCA gymnasium.

are directed by our Music teacher, Mrs. Cindy Straka. Older students
may try out for speaking parts. Direction for the story line, choreography,
and intonation are taught by our talented Program Director, Mrs. Dreva Pauley
