Bethel Christian Academy (BCA) serves a diverse body of students. BCA strives to educate not only the mind but also the heart of a child. BCA is a Christian school that teaches biblical principles based on the Bible and uses the A Beka, Bob Jones, ACSI and Shirley English Curriculum.

Under the visionary leadership of Principal Mrs. Nancy Roenn, BCA is striving to become a premier Christian School serving the surrounding communities but not limited to Parma, Brecksville, North Royalton, Strongsville, Brunswick, Medina, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls, and Cleveland.

BCA prides itself in the high quality, dedicated and loving staff we are able to attract. BCA also has a high level of longevity for staff members. Most of BCA's staff have been employed here for more than 10 years and several staff members have been employed for 15 years or more.

1. Interested person must submit a resume and a copy of appropriate documents (teaching license - teachers, substitute teaching license, college transcript - teachers and substitutes).

2. Interested person may also submit an application. Applications are available online and can be printed off and filled out. Please fill the application out in it's entirety. Applications may be submitted in person or by mail. Please do not e-mail application to BCA.

3. Bethel Christian Academy hires based on enrollment and need. If applicant fits qualification for job desired then Mrs. Nancy Roenn, Principal will call the applicant to schedule an interview.
