Our childcare program is designed to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for students prior to and after regular school hours.  School hours are 8:15 to 3:00.  Before School Care begins at 6:30 a.m.; After School Care ends at 6:15 p.m.  All children arriving before 8:00 a.m. and all children present after dismissal will be considered "present" in the BASC Program.  Children staying in After School Care are charged from 3:30 p.m. to the time of pick up.   

Parents must sign children out of the Before and After School Care Program on the clipboard provided.  Parents are responsible to do so, and may be charged for the entire block of time if a signature is not noted on the clipboard.  Please be sure that all friends and families who transport your children to school are aware of this procedure, as well as our traffic pattern and regulations.   

Each group of students will be in an activity center or classroom. The Key Caretaker (with the sign out clipboard) will be able to help you locate your student(s). 
  

Before and After School Care Charges 

Childcare will be billed at $3.20 per hour charged in quarter hour increments. If a parent should pick his/her child (ren) up after 6:15 p.m., there will be an additional charge of $5.00 for each 15 minutes. A discount of 10% per billing period will be extended to families with multiple children.  The billing will be mailed out around the 25th of each month so that these charges can be paid by the 10th of the month.   Payments for BASC are to be made to the school office.  All unpaid fees will be handled as delinquent tuition, and subject to a $15.00 late fee.
